We are looking for a Compliance Officer to oversee statutory compliance for our client portfolio across Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities
- Manage PF, ESI, and labour law compliance for clients
- Handle BOCW registration and factory act requirements
- File statutory returns and maintain compliance calendars
- Liaise with government departments and inspectors
- Advise clients on compliance requirements and changes in law
Requirements
- 3–5 years of statutory compliance experience
- In-depth knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and BOCW
- Experience dealing with government departments in Tamil Nadu
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Law degree or relevant certification preferred
