We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our clients across Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handle payroll coordination and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with clients on HR compliance requirements
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles
Requirements
- 2–5 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
